Best New People Analytics Solutions - HR Tech Advisor

illumin8HR has been recognised as one of three finalists in HR Tech Advisor's Best New People Analytics Solutions.

HR Tech Advisor's December Collaboration Zone event focused on People Analytics and invited HR Tech vendors from around the world to present their solutions to a panel of prominent industry experts.

Our People Analytics solution, illumin8HR, was shortlisted from 20+ applicants and presented on the day alongside five other contestants. Our presentation highlighted innovative features of the solution, including:

• ease of use of the solution for busy non-technical line managers
• presenting relevant automated insights which require action
• out-of-the-box best practice people metrics, dashboards and insights
• collaborative capabilities enabled by easy sharing of reports and dashboards

Despite being up against strong competition illumin8HR was ranked 2nd by the panel. This is a true testament to our ethos of harnessing the innovation of smart minds to deliver world class, quality technology.
